Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 12 PM

Is smoking allowed on property? In the rooms?

You can smoke in designated outdoor areas on the property. Smoking is not allowed in the building, rooms, bathrooms, or hallways

How much do you charge for wireless internet?

Wifi access is complimentary and accessible in the rooms and common areas

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes. We have a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines and dumbells. Open 24 hours

Do you offer room service? what are the hours?

We offer room service from 5:00pm – 10:00pm from our Deck 33 restaurant.

Do you have a business center?

Yes and our computers have print capabilities. Boarding pass printing is complimentary

Do you have a pool?

Yes, a spacious heated pool with an expansive pool deck and cabanas

Do you have a Spa?

No, we do not feature a spa in the Hotel, but can assist you in making arrangements for a spa service nearby

Do you have a restaurant? What are the hours?

Yes. We have a full restaurant/bar overlooking the pool deck and a cafe in the lobby that serves buffet breakfast every morning.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM – 11 AM daily.
The restaurant is open from 5 PM to 10 PM daily.
The bar is open from 5 PM to 11 PM daily.

How do I get to the hotel?

We offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport daily from 6 AM  – 2 AM. The shuttle runs every 45 mins. We are only 1-mle away from LAX if you feel like jumping in  a cab or Uber.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? is it included in my room rate?

We offer valet parking at $35+ tax overnight. There is no-self parking available at the Hotel, but there is street parking available nearby.

Will your rooms allow for roll away beds/cribs/playards? is there a charge?

Yes. Some rooms will allow a roll away. $25 per night. All rooms will accomodate a crib, no charge

I booked my room on a website other than customhotel.com and i need to make change to my reservation. How do i do this?

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation and deposit policy varies by rate. Reservations booked at the best available rate have a 24-hour cancellation policy

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require a presentation of a valid government issued identification at the time of check-in

Can I check in with my debit card?

Yes, we take debit cards at check-in

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms. We will do our very best to accomodate nearby rooms with advance notice.

Do you have American DIsabilities Act compliant rooms?

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes. An early departure fee of up to one nights room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date
