If you find a lower Custom Hotel rate that includes the same room type, dates, rate payment requirements (i.e. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions, we will not only match the lower rate you found...we will ALSO include an additional 5% discount off the lower rate plus complimentary late check-out (upon availability.)

Here’s how to claim our Best Rate Guarantee:

Contact Custom Hotel within 48 hours of booking your room by emailing reservations@customhotel.com with:

• The name of the website you found the lower rate
• Dates/room type
• Your name & contact information

OR call 877.287.8601 during our business hours (7:30am-6:30pm M-F, 9:30am-5:30pm Sat/Sun Pacific Standard Time) and be prepared with the same information.

Upon verification of your claim, Custom Hotel will not only honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, but offer an additional 5% off that lower rate & a late check-out (2pm & based on availability)

Lower Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

• Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized including priceline.com and Hotwire
• Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities
• Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts
• Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Custom Hotel.
• Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates.
• Rate differences due to rounding to the nearest dollar
• Rates found on the other website needs to available and bookable at the time of verification
• The lower rate must have been found within 48 hours of making your original reservation
