Reservation Policies:
A credit card is required as a guarantee on all reservations, and a valid credit card and identification (driver's license or passport) must be presented at check-in. Emailed, faxed or mailed confirmation letters are available upon request. Please retain your confirmation number for reference.
Parking:
Valet parking available for hotel guest and visitors. Over night valet parking is $20+tax per night. Visitor parking is $8+tax with validation from the restaurant or bar. Call the hotel directly for additional details.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in to Custom Hotel.
The hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and taxes. Please retain your cancellation number. No refunds will be processed without a valid cancellation number.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in time is 3:00pm; all guaranteed reservations can check-in any time after 3:00. Check-out time is 12 noon.
Complimentary Airport Transfer:
Custom Hotel offers complimentary LAX transfer between 7am - 11pm daily on the hour and half hour. Upon arrival to LAX contact the hotel directly at (310) 645-0400 to give your airport terminal. Passengers must stand under the RED loading stop for Hotel/Taxi pick up outside of your designated terminal. Contact the hotel directly for additional details.
Arrangements can be made for private groups of 6 or more. Please contact the Sales Department. Charges may apply.
Complimentary Internet Access:
Complimentary wireless, high-speed Internet access is available to hotel guests in all guest rooms and hotel public areas.
Business Center:
We offer a business center with three computer workstations (two PC's and one MAC) with high -speed Internet access and a self-service color printer, copier and fax machine.
Spa Services:
Custom Hotel has a preferred relationship with local day spas that provide on-site spa services as well as pick-up/drop-off transportation to and from the spa. For information, please contact the front desk.
Golf and Tennis Facilities:
Located within walking distance across the street from the hotel in Westchester Park.
Rates:
Please see the hotel's best-rate guarantee policy. Hotel rates and room type availability is guaranteed once a confirmed reservation is made and a confirmation number has been received. Rates are subject to change and availability based on the date of inquiry.
Availability:
Hotel availability is guaranteed only at the time of reservation. All future inquires for dates are subject to availability based on the date of inquiry.
Early check-in:
Requests for early check-in are subject to availability on the day of arrival; please inquire with the front desk. Requests for early arrival are not a guarantee that the room will be available prior to 3:00 p.m. To guarantee an early arrival, a reservation should be made for the previous night with a special notation that the room has been reserved to guarantee an early arrival on the next morning. (For example, if you wish to check in to your guest room at 7:00am on November 2nd for 2 nights, you should reserve the room on the night of November 1st for 3 nights and instruct the Reservations Department that you will check-in at 7:00am on November 2nd. The hotel will therefore ensure that your room is vacant, ready and clean for your early arrival.)
Late check-out:
Late check-outs are subject to availability; please inquire with the front desk on the day of departure. A fee may be charged up to a half- or full-day rate plus taxes. Alternately, late check-outs can be accommodated in the hotel's designated layover rooms; rates and room types subject to availability.
Payments And Other Charges:
Custom Hotel requires all guests to present a valid credit card and identification at check-in as a form of guarantee. Per standard hotel policies, Custom Hotel will pre-authorize the room, taxes and incidental estimate for the total stay upon check-in. Payment may be made via credit or debit card or in cash at departure. Custom Hotel requires that all guests present a credit card upon check-in if they are responsible for any portion of their bill, unless a third-party credit-card authorization form accepting all charges including incidentals has been submitted to the hotel for approval 2 business days prior to arrival.
To arrange for billing to a third-party credit card, please obtain a copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form from the Reservations Department. The form must be filled out in its entirety per instructions listed on the form and returned two (2) business days prior to arrival. Facilities For Guests With Disabilities:
Custom Hotel has recently been remodeled and has an ADA-accessible bathroom in the lobby. All public areas of the hotel and bar are ADA-accessible. ADA guestrooms are available and should be requested at the time of making your reservation. Please contact Reservations Department for individual requests and information.
Pet Policy:
We offer a number of pet-friendly rooms. We accept domestic pets up to 40 lbs for a non-refundable fee of $75 per pet, per stay. A limit of two pets per room unless prior approval has been received from hotel management. Terms of the Pet Policy form will be presented upon arrival for signature. Westchester Park across from the hotel allows dogs to be walked on leash within the park. An off-leash dog park is located within a short drive at El Segundo Dog Park, 600 E. Imperial Avenue in El Segundo. This is a great park with trees and a nice view and includes a large fenced area for small dogs and another for larger dogs, both double-gated.
