Need a shuttle from LAX to Custom Hotel?
Once you arrive at baggage claim, collect your bags and walk out to the red sign that says /hotel shuttles/ and call 310.645.0400. If you do not have bags checked, go directly to the red sign area and call the number.
If you do not have a phone, please go to Travelers Help Desk and they will be happy to contact the hotel to send the driver.
The hotel is just 1.5 miles from the airport. Look for a black oversized van and on the front it will say 'Custom Hotel'.
Our shuttle service is available everyday from 7a - 11p
